Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships, driving adoption, and
aligning customer needs with business goals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend
actions.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively across multiple tasks and
projects.
Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
