Acceptance of Terms Punchey, Inc. ("Punchey", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website www.punchey.com and associated platforms (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

Account Registration
You may create only one account, and it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each user must have a unique login. You may not sell, share, or transfer your account. Punchey reserves the right to terminate any account in violation of these terms.

Subscription Billing and Cancellation
Punchey provides subscription-based services billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. To cancel, you must contact us at [email protected] or call 1-844-PUNCHEY during business hours. Requests must be received at least three (3) business days prior to your billing date. All payments are non-refundable.

Service Availability and Changes
We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uptime. From time to time, we may modify or discontinue features without notice. We may release beta features or experimental tools that may not become permanent.

Third-Party Services and Hardware
Punchey services may include third-party integrations and hardware. We are not responsible for performance, warranties, or support of third-party services or hardware, which are governed by separate terms.
User Conduct You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service, data mining, deep-linking without permission, or violating any laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property
The Site and its content are owned or licensed by Punchey and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Feedback
Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by Punchey without restriction and without compensation to you.
