We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value they receive from our products and services. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through their
    journey with Punchey from onboarding to advocacy.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs
    and challenges to ensure their success with our solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to drive
    business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage data to offer tailored advice, strategies, and
    solutions that improve their business operations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers, review their account status, and address any
    issues or areas for improvement.
  • Collect customer feedback and work with the product development team to influence
    future product enhancements and features.
  • Create and manage resources, such as guides, tutorials, and webinars, to educate and
    empower customers.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a
    tech or SaaS company.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
    collaborate effectively with clients and team members

  • Proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships, driving adoption, and
    aligning customer needs with business goals.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend
    actions.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively across multiple tasks and
    projects.

  • Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
